Supply Chain Coordinator

Description

-        Work with marketing and sales team to collect and understand sales and operation needs, organize and lead regular S&OP meetings.

-        Establish sales forecasts over a rolling 24 – month period in planning tool and monitor reliability through KPIs. Analyse variances and carry out corrective actions as required.

-        Optimize inventory sizing based on group strategy/ sales forecasts, shelf-life and supply lead times.

-        Ensure supplies meet cost targets, expiry, deadlines and customer satisfaction.

-        Monitor inventory levels and alert relevant departments of potential shortages or over – storage.

-        Manage shortages – monitoring replenishments, allocation of stocks according to priorities and coordination of communication with relevant departments.

-        Determine and organize replenishment of orders for local warehouse with Corporate Supply Chain, optimize the flows and the costs.

-        Liaise and manage with French colleagues for incoming air and sea freight shipments.

-        Open a CRM case and escalate to Corporate Supply Chain Team for any non-conformities with cold-chain management of products for inbound shipments

-        Deal with Freight Forwarders and Custom Clearance Departments for import (from France) and export (to New Zealand).

-        Prepare documentation for export to New Zealand on a weekly basis.

-        Work on secondary warehouse project for New Zealand within a cross-functional project team and then organize stock replenishment optimizing freight routes and costs.

-        Manage the inventory levels in the new NZ secondary warehouse and ensure they are adequately stocked with routine products.

-        Perform regular stocktakes.

-        Send sales invoices to customers.

-        Assist current Sales administration and Warehouse team on tasks as required.

Profile

Experience Required

-        Diploma in Supply Chain Management.

-        5 years’ experience in a Supply Chain Role

-        Health / Medical Industry experience is preferred.

-        Microsoft Office skills is mandatory and good Excel level required.

-        ERP usage experience required and Infor M3 software is preferred.
