Join a company developing, producing and selling all over the world its reagents, consumables and analysis equipment to pathology laboratories and public / private hospitals: Within our Sales team, you will manage, foster and develop customer relationship, achieve the Sales target for your area and the product portfolio in compliance with the company commercial policy. This includes prospecting, tender process, product demonstration, business negotiation, sales analysis and market trend monitoring and reporting.

You will be part of a collaborative, customer-focused team.

Profile

You ideally have a background in a pathology lab with a science degree and a business degree; you already have similar experience in medical devices and/or IVD instrumentation and a knowledge of haematology and coagulation as well as PoC.

Strong negotiation and closing skills are required with an understanding of Finance basics and the ability to build and present complex proposals to a C-suite audience.

You also need to be fully fluent in English with the right to work in Australia.
