We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our Stago BNL Service department.
You will join a team of 8 people and ensure the following missions:
- First level technical support onsite
- Installations, upgrades and planned preventive maintenance on our equipment in the field
- Give feedback and provide solutions about technical cases between customers and Stago
- Collaborate between all involved departments (Sales, Marketing, Customer support, Application and Management)
Technical training on Stago equipment as well as training in basic hemostasis will be provided upon your integration.
