We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our Stago BNL Service department.

You will join a team of 8 people and ensure the following missions:

First level technical support onsite
Installations, upgrades and planned preventive maintenance on our equipment in the field
Give feedback and provide solutions about technical cases between customers and Stago
Collaborate between all involved departments (Sales, Marketing, Customer support, Application and Management)

Technical training on Stago equipment as well as training in basic hemostasis will be provided upon your integration.

Profile

What we are looking for :

Preferably a background in medical engineering and/or laboratory automation
Language: Dutch and English, French is a pre!
Technical skills : Electronics, mechanics and robotics as well as basic/advanced IT knowledge (Preferably on laboratory networks).
Behavioural skills : team spirit, pro-active , positive attitude, problem solver
