Description
We’re looking for a Finance & Supply Chain Administrator to join our team and support end‑to‑end finance, customer, and supply chain operations across Australia and New Zealand.
This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working across finance processes, systems, logistics, and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
✅ Support daily finance activities in M3 (invoicing, receipts, debtor follow-up)
✅ Assist with month-end close, reporting, budgets, and audits
✅ Manage customer invoicing, credit notes, pricing updates, and master data
✅ Support supply chain operations including stock movements, reporting, logistics documentation, and 3PL coordination
✅ Handle customer and internal queries and maintain operational performance reports
