We are looking for a Training Officer for our Human Resources Department.
Based at the Company headquarters, you have a 360 vision of our business. You work with all French sites and activities and are involved in cross-group projects.
You will join a team of 4 people, to ensure the following missions :
- Participate in the construction and deployment of the skills development plan
• Identify and analyse the training needs
• Create customized face-to-face and in-class training programs and distancing,
• Establish specifications, search for organizations, choose appropriate training devices,
• Lead internal training or information meetings,
• Interface with managers and employees - Manage training plan
• Organize and manage the administrative management of face-to-face and distance training
• Optimize and track the skills development plan budget, optimize funding
• Ensure reporting and monitoring of indicators
• Participate in the preparation of legal balance sheets - Participate in cross-cutting HRD projects
