We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Stago BNL Service department. It’s an office based function in Leiden, The Netherlands
You will join a team of 8 people and ensure the following missions:
- First level remote support to our customers (Hotline)
- Analysis of reagent or QC cases and set-up appropriate action plans
- First level (remote) technical support for our installed equipment
- Strong interaction and communication with your colleagues in the field (FSE and Application)
- Correct follow-up of KPI’s and reports in our CRM system
- Strong collaboration with international colleagues and other departments (Sales, Marketing, Application and Management)
Trainings in hemostasis and technical training on our products will be provided upon your integration.
